Been a while since I had the car tuned / checked and I thought it was well overdue. So I booked it into AVA in Renfrew, just at the back of Glasgow Airport. Modifications since first and only run are basic run of the mill. De-cat and an MBC running 15psi midrange with a slight drop off towards the peak. The first run produced produced a figure of 217bhp at the wheels which was very nice indeed. What was nicer was being told the car had plenty of fuel left and it was running well enough to raise the boost slightly. So of course, the boost was raised. 16psi mid range with the boost dropping to 13.5psi by the peak revs. Power, well 227BHP at the wheels with 217torque to push it all along. Sweet, some graphs below. Since this, I've fitted an EBC which is now running 16psi through to the redline. Even more power but at this time of year not so useful. I'll get it setup to run 17psi through the rev range which should make it interesting to say the least.

As you can see there is a bit of a leap in torque as the turbo comes on song and then it kinda settles before slowly dropping as the revs reach the peak. This shallowing of the drop off is down to the MBC holding the boost level higher for longer and the CAT being removed for more flow esp at the top end. However with the EBC power should be up a little more to say the least. The std intercooler is way beyond it's limit so time for an upgrade. Might even get that charge cooler fitted lol
