Ok so what parts are needed to fit the chargecooler into the MR2 then? Well the obvious spring to mind.

As with most things in life it's not that simple in reality. Below I will list the parts I've had to acquire in order to progress this development. In no particular order they are however all necessary to complete the job. How successful they are remains to be seen.

Air conditioning pipework, clear plastic tubing which is great for seeing flow and air locks in the system.

In hindsight I recommend getting as much of the GT4 pipework as you can and then get clear tubing to match that ID diameter of 22mm. I have clear piping that is 19mmID and trying to get 90deg elbow joins for that is darned near impossible. We ended up hacking up a perfectly good hydraulic pipe just to get it's 90deg bends pah. Whereas if you use 22mmID piping you can just use copper 90deg bends from B+Q 2 for 1.50GBPounds. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Pump was purchased from E-Bay and is from Audi's as an auxilary water pump for the cooling system. Rated at 1200L per hour but it just didn't have the power to shove the coolant through the system so as a minimum I'd get the Bosch AVT unit from Chargecooler.co.uk as it's flow rates in this system really are up to speed. However, in all honesty I'd try source a genunie Celica Gt4 pump as it's rated twice as fast as the Bosch unit but has more grunt to force the coolant round the system. An alternative can be found from Gale Force Marine

Heating shielding for wrapping the chargecooler core in. Bought from a scrapped Transit van but any will do

The ST205 chargecooler core, throttle sock and the accelerator bracket. All required for this swap

The Fiat Cinq rad which I got from E-bay but for those folks in Glasgow I recommend Star Radiators in Ibrox as they are local and helped me fit the issue I had with the temperature switch blanking plug. Reducer pipes were bought from Forge Motorsports and they are 32mm-19mm. Perfect fit. Now what's missing from the pics are a big bag of pipe clamps, pipe joins and some metal mounting brackets. Pipe clamps buy from Halfords or something similar. Get a box of ten at least as they're pretty cheap in bulk. Also for the mounting straps for the pre rad the best stuff is the 20mm x 1Metre strips of aluminium from B+Q. For pipe joins they also have 20mm aluminium tubing that's just perfect. Don't go to the plumbing section as that's not where you'll find it. Sometimes the staff don't know everything they have so just ask for the alloy piping section and then take your pic.
